Carrier (16) There is filled in the data of the cargo shipping company, which owns the vehicle or nothing is filled in, the seal (stamp) of the carrier is put
Driver (23) There is filled in the name, surname of the vehicle driver
Vehicle (25/1) There is filled in the number plate of the vehicle tug
Semitrailer (25/1) There is filled in the number plate of the vehicle tug
Vehicle (26) There is filled in the brand of the vehicle
Loading and unloading
Place of shipment(3) There is filled in the delivery address of the goods after customs clearance
Loading place (4) There are filled in the city, country and date of loading
Customs (13) This field is mainly filled with the name of the customs office of entry and exit of the EurAsEs and its code
About the cargo
Cargo (6-9) The name, quantity of packaging, type of cargo is opened (preferably STVED code). All data in this section must clearly correspond to the data - indicated on the invoice and on the packaging form
Total weight (11) There is filled in the net weight of the cargo (weight of the cargo with packaging)
Attached documents (5) There are filled in the names of the documents accompanying the cargo (attached to the CMR)
