Customs privileges are granted to
1) goods imported as part of humanitarian aid and charity programs,
2) vehicles carrying out regular international transportation,
3) goods transported by individuals across the state border, having privileges on customs duties and taxes,
4) passenger vehicles transported across the border by individuals registered in the Republic of Armenia,
5) cultural values issued under the customs procedure of temporary export or temporary import for the purpose of demonstration.

For example, he imports shoes as accompanying cargo by air transport. In order to be transported without customs fees, it must comply with the natural dimensions defined by the law. In this case, the customs value must not exceed the equivalent of 10,000 euros and the total weight must not exceed 50 kilograms.
If it does not exceed 50 kg, it is possible to import other products and types of products without customs fees. For example: textile products, glass products, tools made of non-precious metals, etc.

A resident of the Republic of Armenia who has permanent residence in the Republic of Armenia and temporarily resides in a foreign country can import goods for personal use worth no more than €5,000 into the Republic of Armenia without paying customs duties and taxes.
Used goods for personal use not exceeding the following quantities may be imported with a privilege:
1. household and personal devices - 2 of each type
2. personal use items: 10 of each type
3. house property: 6 of each type
