2. transport (transportation) documents-CMR
3. document on the purchase of goods
4. Safety certificate or phytosanitary certificate issued by the food safety inspection authority
5. On any of the good’s documents of the batch, it is necessary to indicate "Goods of the European Economic Union" approved by the declarant (supplier or carrier)
6. The party receiving the goods must be a resident legal entity or an individual entrepreneur of the EAEU member state
